Testing 50/50 Side-by-Side
The rarely used 50/50 Side By Side block has a required CTA and a header drop-down for the title. In a minor cleanup, and to potentially make this block more usable, we are removing the requirement from the CTA so that it's optional. The header drop-down field was experimental and considered as a test for other header drop-down options. We may deploy that to other blocks on a case by case basis in the future, but for now will remove this.
