• Clinic hours: 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. daily, closed 12 – 1 p.m.
• X-ray availability: Available at our Vista, Pacific Highlands Ranch and Eastlake / Chula Vista locations from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday-Friday. (X-ray not available at Downtown or La Jolla.)

As you prepare for your visit to the emergency department, please note that times reflect the approximate wait before your initial evaluation.

Emergency department wait times may change unexpectedly based on the number of patient arrivals. Wait times may not reflect the order of arrival so that patients with more serious conditions are treated first. Patients requiring hospitalization will be admitted as beds become available at any of our three hospitals.
